BURTON, George Hector, Adair Co: Elected 2nd Lt 1 Apr 1863. Fought at Shiloh, Vicksburg, Baton Rouge, Murfreesboro, Jackson, Chickamauga, Mission Ridge; placed in command of sharpshooters at Dalton & fought at Rocky Face Ridge, Resaca. Engaged almost daily from Dallas to Atlanta; fought at Peachtree, Intrenchment & Utoy Creeks; both days at Jonesboro & in mounted engagements. Was once awarded medal of honor for gallant & meritorious conduct.

IRVINE, Henry C, Columbia KY. Elected 1st Lt 13 Sept 1861; died of disease at Nashville 5 Nov 1861.

ATKINS, Jo. A, Columbia, KY. Fought at Shiloh, Vicksburg, Murfreesboro, Jackson, Chickamauga, Mission Ridge, Rocky Face Gap, Resaca & Dallas; from Dallas to Atlanta, Peachtree, Intrenchment & Utoy Creeks, both days at Jonesboro; in mounted engagements.

BRYANT, James G, Adair Co: Fought at Baton Rouge, Murfreesboro & Chickamauga; killed at the latter place 20 Sept 1863.

BRYANT, Nat. Gaither, Adair Co: Fought at Shiloh, Vicksburg, Baton Rouge, Murfreesboro, Jackson, Chickamauga, Mission Ridge, Resaca, Dallas, from Dallas to Atlanta, Peachtree, Intrenchment & Utoy
Creeks, both days at Jonesboro & in mounted engagements.

HOLLIDAY, Frank, Adair Co. Killed in battle at Shiloh, 6 Apr 1862.

McKINNEY, Samuel, Adair Co: Killed in battle at Shiloh, 6 Apr 1862.

NELSON, James W, Adair Co: Appt. Cpl 2 May 1863. Fought at Shiloh, Vicksburg, Baton Rouge, Murfreesboro, Jackson, Chickamauga, Mission Ridge, Rocky Face Gap, Resaca & Dallas, Dallas to Atlanta, Peachtree, Intrenchment & Utoy Creeks, both days at Jonesboro, in the mounted engagements. Wounded below Camdem Apr 1865 in the  last fight in which his company took part.

PEEBLES, R R, Columbia KY: Fought at Shiloh, Vicksburg, Murfreesboro, Chickamauga, Mission Ridge, Rocky Face Gap & Resaca; captured at the latter place but returned to the command at Newberry, SC & took part in the subsequent operations.

RUSSELL, A K, Adair Co: Appt commissary Sgt 11 Oct 1861 & was usually confined to his official duties till the close of the war, but took part in some of the engagements.

TURK, Sam, Adair Co: Fought at Shiloh, Vicksburg, Baton Rouge, Murfreesboro, Jackson, Chickamauga & Mission Ridge; after this his health failed and he was disabled for further duty during the war.
