You can see some of the mining camp buildings on the hill in the background.  The picture was taken at Blackmont, they were living in the railroad housing near the mining housing.  I'm guessing the picture was taken between
1937 and 1950.  Ruth McGinnis is the daughter of Mable Warren and Johnathan Garrett Robbins.  Mable Warren is the daughter of Mariah Epley and William Lane Warren
