               occupation: school teacher, unemployed 7 mos of yr, can read & write, owns mortgaged farm [Note:
               In 1910, Hardin Graves, wife Clara (2 live birn, 1 living child) and son Willie lived in Carlisle Co.
               Hardin Graves born 22 Jan 1876, registered for the WWI draft in Carlisle Co., KY, in 1918. He was
               a teaching Supt. of Schools for Arlington High School. He was tall, medium build, with gray eyes &
               D Brown hair. Under disabilities, listed "No - varicoecle". His nearest relative was Ran Graves of
               Bardwell. In 1920, Hardin Graves was a widower, lodging with the Thomas McGraw 82, family.
               Hardin Graves died 18 July 1955 in Carlisle Co, age 79.]

               Willie Graves son WM born Feb 1899, 1 yr old, born KY [Note: William Byron Graves born 21 Feb 1899,
               registered for the WWI draft in Carlisle Co. in 1918. He was working as a clerk for Amer. R. Rexpreads,
               13th Street, Chicago, IL. He was tall, slender with blue eyes and lt brown hair. Inn 1920, William B.
                Graves was a lodger living in Chicago, working as Supt. of a Printing Dept. In 1930, William Graves 30
                and wife Lillian 25 self father & mother born Missouri, lived on 14123 Dearbourn Street in Chicago with
                two children, Richard Graves 4 & Donna Graves 3, both born Illinois. He worked as a conductor on the
                steam railroad and she as a stenographer in a lawyer's office.]

               occupation: physician, can read & write, owns free farm [Note:  In 1860, H.B. Graves 49 M.B. Minister, 
               wife Mahala 50, lived in Ste. Genevieve Co., MO, with children Franklin and Ellen, both 18, and William 
               10, all born KY.  In 1880, William Graves physician, lived in Ballard Co. with wife M.E. 31, son P.F. 12,
               daughters Permie 9, M.E. 6, and sons P.H. 4 and Lorenzo 2. Son John Franklin Graves born Dec 31,
               1867, in Bardwell, married to Annie Jennings Graves, died in Carlisle Co. on Sept 26, 1933. His
               occupation was post master. Informant was W.C. Graves of Meridian, Miss. Undertaker was Barclay of
               Arlington, burial was at Bardwell Cem. Mothers name was listed as Mary Hogencamp. Dr. William R.
               Graves born 12 Dec 1848 in Carlisle Co. to the Rev. Hedruan Graves born Virginia and Mahala Glore,
               probably born Penn., died on Mar 19, 1912 in West Bardwell, Burial was at Old Mississippi Cem,
               Informant was Ran Graves.]

               Mary Elizabeth Graves, a widow, born Oct 14, 1849, in Carlisle Co., KY, to Everett Hogencamp born
               Campbell Co., KY, and J---- Reeves born White Co., TN, died Feb 11, 1914, in Carlisle Co. Informant
               was Ran Graves of Bardwell, burial was in Old Mississippi Cem. father born Ohio, & mother born TN,

               Ran Graves son WM born Sept 1877, 22 yrs old, born KY, Occupation: school teacher, unemployed
               7 mos of yr, can read & write [Note: Ran Graves born 18 Sept 1877 employed as RFD Carrier for the
               U.S. Govt., registered for the WWI draft in 1918, listing Maria Graves of Bardwell as his nearest relative.
               He was tall, of medium build, with gray eyes and black hair. In 1910, Ran Graves 32 and his wife Maria
               28 had been married 8 yrs and had 2 children: Louise 7 and Marie 3. Ran's occupation was mail
               carrier, rural delivery.  In 1920, Ran and Marie Graves and their 2 daughters continued to live in
               Bardwell with Ran at the same job. In 1930, the four continued to live together in Bardwell. Daughter
               Marie was listed as Betty in 1930. Louise worked in the public & high schools as a music teacher.
               Ran Graves died 13 Feb. 1961, age 83, in Ballard Co.  Special Note: See the The Ballard-Carlisle

               Claudia Graves daughter WF born May 1881, 19 yrs old, born KY, in school 5 mos of yr. [Note: In 1920,
               Daniel 31 and Claudia 28 Bishop lived in Bardwell with children Estelle G. 16, Mary E 15, Mildred J., 10,
               William D. 8.  In 1930, Daniel 51 and Claudia 48 Bishop lived in Bardwell with children Mildred 28 &
               Dennis 18. Claudia Graves Bishop born 16 May 1881, to William T. Graves and Mary Elizabeth
               Hogemeamy, married with residence in Bardwell, died on 7/2/1950 in Paducah, McCracken Co., KY,
               of heart failure as a result of rheumatic heart disease. Burial was Roselawn Cem, Bardwell.]
               Viva Graves daughter WF born Feb 1885, 15 yrs old, born KY, in school 5 mos of yr Note: In 1910,
               Viva Jennings lived with husband Louis T. Jennings in Carlisle Co. In 1920 they lived there with son
               Ran G. Jennings 8.  Louis T. Jennings died in Carlisle Co on 16 Aug 1943.]

               occupation farm labor, in school 4 1/2 mos of yr [Note: In 1910, Everett H. Hogencamp 20, is
               boarding with the John M. Ruals family of KY, in San Jose, Los Angeles County, CA. He and Ruals
               and Ruals17 yr old son Arnold are working as day laborers picking oranges.]

               occupation: farmer, can read & write, owns free farm [Note: In 1910, Merritt Randol and Nora lived
               in Carlisle co with daughter Ola, 18. Merit F. Randol born 25 Nov 1873, registered for the WWI draft
               in 1918 in Carlisle county listing closest relative as wife Nora and himself as a self-employed farmer
               in Bardwell. He was he was of medium height and slender with black eyes and dark hair. In 1920. Merit
               and Nora Randol lived in Bardwell with children Lee O. daughter 21 and nephew Elwood Tessy.  In 1930
               Merit and Nora Randol lived in Carlisle Co. with a lodger, Terry E. Elwood 12. Merritt Randol was the
               informant on the death cert of Rudolph Randol born 1843 Cape Girardeau, MO, who died 28 Jan 1924
               in Carlisle Co. Rudolph was the son of Sam Randol & Belvitta Golihor both born MO. Joel Walter
               Randol, son of Rudolph Randol and Sarah Ann Steinbeck, born Aprl 7, 1878 in Carlisle Co., died
               May 25, 1953 in Paducah (residence Carlisle Co)  1880 census shows Rudolph Randol 38 born MO,
               living in Ballard Co. with his wife S.A.32 born MO, and children: son W.S.13, daughter L.M. 9, son
               M.F. 6, daughter D.S. and son J.W. 2..  If M.F.6 is Merit and J.W. is Joel, then Rudolph is their
               father. Lecretia Hogencamp Randol, 2nd wife of Rudolph, was born in Carlisle Co., the daughter of
               Abraham Hogencamp and Patsy J. Mayers.]

              with daughter Mary 13 and Tirrell 2, both born KY. Libirtus was a farmer, general farm & owned
              free farm.  In 1920 they continued to live in Bardwell with only William T. Elsey 12 at home. Same in
              1930 except W. Tirrell 22 at home. Libeatun Elsey, 83, died in Carlisle Co on 30 Sep 1956.]
              Ellen Elsey Wife WF born Jan 1867, 33 yrs old, married 4 yrs, 1 live birth, 1 child living, born KY,
              father born Ireland, mother born KY, school teacher unemployed 7 mos of yr, can read & write. Note:
              Sarah Kane Elsey born 19 Jan 1867, died in Bardwell, 22 Dec 1951. Her father was James Kane
              and mother Elizabeth Kirby. Informant was Mrs. Eddie George. Burial was in Bardwell. Her sisters,

               8, William 7, Robert 5, Eliza 5, Ellen 3, Milburn 2, and Edward 2/12. Elizabeth & all the children are
               born KY. In 1880, James 65 and Elisibeth 45 Kane lived in Arlington, Ballard Co., KY with their
