The Class of 1940
This photo is taken from a newspaper clipping carried
by Kenzie Yelton and is from an unknown date when the Carrollton
News-Democrat was running a feature entitled "Once Upon A
Time..." which reprinted old photographs. At that time,
News-Democrat bookkeeper, Pearl Sandifer (4th row), supplied the names
for the picture from the May 21, 1940, edition of "The
Carrolltonian," the newspaper of the CHS journalism class.
