In Casey county, is 8 miles southeast of McKinney, its shipping station, on the C. S. R’y, 8 miles northeast of Liberty, the county seat and 120 southeast of Louisville. This village is equi-distant on the mailstage route between McKinney and Liberty; fare to either, $.50. Mail daily. C. S. Holmes, postmaster.
