Monday 27, June 1932:

Well I'm as tired as a dog to night. I painted our  room floor today varnished the dresser little table and bed.  So I'm giving  up good night

Well we bought our sow Sussie  to day from Chas  Hage give 10.00 for her So guess this is  all

Wednesday 29, June 1932:

Well I made me a new dress today  helped Fin  fix a hog lot and I'm as tired as a dog  So i will quit for to  night

Thursday 30 June 1932:

We planted a patch of corn today below the tobacco patch and Fin and me warshed today Blue Dovie come in after noon helped Fin chop  out cane  so I must quit

Friday 1 July 1932:

I went to Burkhard's and got straw this m Fin and Davie  plowed corn We all went to the school house tonight to here  Sasser speak just got back and it's now 10 oclock So good  night

Saturday 2 July 1932:

Well they had there school Election the eve.   those that were elected were Bee Lee, Alvie Wethington and John Hayes. Davie  went home this eve  So it's now bed  time

Well Fin and me went over to Loges a while this  eve  John Hayes and his family was over there.  Blue Dovie come over  here late this evening  So guess this is all
