 Well I am porley today and Fin took the mules to Jim

 Well I have worked on Mothers mantle peace all day 
Henry Frye was over this eve Chacle (?) Phillips got cut pretty bad on the arm

 Well I went over to Mr Batyes  a while this  eve 
Ruth was there  So by  Art Paul Hoge and Pearl Burgins got  married to day

Friday 7, Oct. 1932 :

Well I made Hazel a new dress today got a letter from 
Mae Leigh today Fin and me went over to Jessie Lee's this eve  Ruth took 
dinner with us today. So guess this is all

Saturday 8, Oct. 1932 :

 Well thank the Lord we are still living.  Ruth  and
me went to town this eve  I got me a new hat (hahahaha) Well they  brought
Cecal Phillips  home to day so guess this is all

 Well me and Fin and Bill all went over to Arons   Bill
and Fin went on down to Sunday School  Well I guess I had better quit  for
this time  May the Lord Bless us all
