DURHAM, Julia A., d. 29 Dec 1996
MIDDLEBURG - Julia Amy Durham, 86, of Yosemite died Sunday at home.
Born Dec. 24, 1910, in Casey County, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Effie Godbey. She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Olive Christian Church. She was the widow of Preston Durham.
Survivors include two daughters, Louise Ransdell of Harrodsburg and Mary Bradford of Bradenton, Fla.; two sisters, Nell Rose of Crestwood and Wilma Coleman of Stanford; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Bartle Funeral Home by the Rev. Greg Powell. Burial will be in
Salyers Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Mike and Marty Hatter, Hollis Judd, Jason Richardson, Glen Carmen and Sonny Emerson.

DURHAM, Latonia Snow, d. 26 Dec 1996
WAYNESBURG - The funeral for Latonia Durham, 24, of Ellison-Pulaski County Line Road, Eubank, will be held at 2 p.m. today at Barnett and Demrow Funeral Home by Tim Roberts and Bob Riley. Burial will be in
Salyers Cemetery, Casey County.
Pallbearers will be Mark Stevens, Hoy Wesley, Gary Baugh, Dwight Snead, Steve Snead and Bobby Douglas.
She died Thursday at home after an illness. Born Dec. 13, 1972, in Casey County, she a daughter of Charles Snow of Kings Mountain and Brenda Foley Martin of Eubank. 
She was a homemaker and a member of Polly Ann Baptist Church.
Additional survivors include her husband, Tommy Durham; a daughter, Tasha Durham; two brothers, Robert Snow and Dale Snow, both of Eubank; and a sister, Amanda Sprinkles of Eubank.

DURHAM, Luther, d. 05 Dec. 1998
LIBERTY - Luther ``Babe'' Durham, 69, of Yosemite, died Friday at University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center.Born April 12, 1929, in Mount Olive, Ky., he was a son of the late Brownlow and Frances Durham. He was a former sawmill employee.Survivors include two nephews, a niece and several cousins. He was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers.Services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel by the Revs. Greg Powell and C.B. Carman. Burial will be in Salyers Cemetery.

ELLIOTT, Estie, d. 29 July, 2004

LIBERTY - Estie Elliot, 85, of Oliver Bastin Road, Waynesburg, died Thursday at her home.

Born Sept. 3, 1918, in Casey County, she was the daughter of the late Luther Salyers and Mary Jane Floyd.  She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Olive Christian Church. She was the widow of Calin C. "Dickie" Elliott.

Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Martin of Liberty; five sisters, Betty Meeks of Kings Mountain, Clytha Godbey, Martha Robertson and Mary Liz Carrer, all of Waynesburg, and Bertha M. Fight of Ohio; four brothers, Clifford Salyers of Glasgow,
Vernon Salyers of Middleburg, Jessie Salyers of Liberty and Norman Salyers of Somerset; a grandson and a great-granddaughter.

Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Mt. Olive Christian Church by Greg Powell. Burial will be Salyers Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Roger Martin Jr., Junior Elliott, Kirby Carman, Ron Robertson, Thomas Godbey and L.C. Godbey.

Visitation is 5 p.m. today and after 8 a.m. Monday at McKinney Brown Funeral Home.

ELLIOTT, John P., d. 19 Jan. 1997
WAYNESBURG - John Paul Elliott, 81, Fort Logan Extended Care, Stanford, died there Sunday. Born Dec. 31, 1915, in Casey County, he was a son of the late William and Louvena Wall Elliott. He was a carpenter and a member of Mt. Olive Christian Church.

Survivors include two sisters, Thelma Elliott, Middletown, Ohio, and Martha Steigleman, Loveland, Ohio.

Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Barnett and Demrow Funeral Home by the Rev. David Gambrel. Burial will be in Salyers Cemetery.

MARLOW, Barry Lynn,  d. 21 May 2005

STANFORD - Services for Barry Lynn Marlow, 10, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Redemption Road Church by Gary Yocom and David Easom. Burial will be in Salyers Cemetery.

He died Saturday in Lincoln County.

Born June 5, 1994, in Danville, he was the son of Lincoln and Melissa Jasper Marlow. He was a fourth-grade student at McKinney Elementary School and a member of Padres Little League baseball team. He attended Geneva Community Church and Redemption Road Church.

Additional survivors include one brother, Tyler Jasper Marlow of Hustonville; a sister, Jessica Stanley of Hustonville; grandparents, George and Lula Marlow of Hustonville and Carol and Agnes Jasper of Nancy; and great-grandparents, Zella Mae Jasper of Argyle and Myrtle Haste of Bethelridge.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Frank, Blake Frank, Tyler Jasper, Brandon Brock, Danny Marlowe, Chris and David Strevels. Honorary pallbearers are members of Padres Little League baseball team.

SALYERS, Steven Lewis, d. 21 Dec 2004

WAYNESBURG - Steven Lewis Salyers, 43, of Waynesburg, died Tuesday at Baptist Hospital North East, La Grange.

Born July 9, 1961, in Casey County, he was the son of Josephine Salyers of Waynesburg and the late Everett Saylers.

Survivors include his former wife, Marsha Salyers of Kings Mountain; a son, Shane Salyers of Kings Mountain; and a brother, Danny V. Salyers of Waynesburg. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Jessica Salyers.

Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Barnett & Demrow Funeral Home by Greg Powell. Burial will be in Salyers Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Darrell McQueary, Robert Lynn, Willie Salyers, Kevin Dunham, Chris Salyers and Danny Salyers.
