The Humphrey Tree

     John Humphrey was born in 1799, and died in 1865. To him and his wife
were born James who was killed in the Civil War; Jane who married W.H.
McClure; Lucretia who married Dr. S.W. McClure; Nancy who married Sam
Hubble; Lucinda who married Thomas Floyd; Polly who married Fountain
Floyd; William Tyler who married Sally Jane Adams (children: Marion Kl,
Mack, and Maurice J.). Of these children Mack never married; Marion
married Ella Payne (child: William McClure); Maurice J. married Wilmoth
Bell (children: Jane, Ray, and Patricia Ann).
     David married Polly Jane Floyd the first time and later Nettie
McClure (children: Allie, Molly who married Jas. W. Riggins; louise,
Ambros, George, Pat. S., and Wm. who married Pearl Acey).
