The Napier Tree

Patrick Woodson Napier married Dollie Fitzpatrick, and to the union were born W.F., 
Patrick W., Charley L., Tabitha, Eliza, Mary, Belle, and Fidelity.

Charles married Bettie Whitney; Tabitha married Logan Borders; Eliza married George 
Cowden (children: Jim, W.F., and Dollie).

Mary married John Whipp, Sr. (children: P.W. who married Mayme Tilford; John who never 
married; Dollie who married Wm. Coats; and Cora who married Chas. Prescott).

(Note--This family of Napiers, Cowdens, and Whipps have about disappeared. John Whipp, 
son of Pat and Mayme, and his sister Elizabeth and Jim Cowden of the Cowden family are 
all that are left of that name.)

Another Napier line that is no known relation with the above is Sam, who married Julia 
Johnson, daughter of Lewis, brother to Bryant. To this union were born Rosa who married 
Ransom Hatter; Della who married Robert Martin; Ida who married Owen Davenport; Pearl, 
Henry, Owen, Prudy, Ora and Minnie.
