Remember that records from the 1800s are hard to read. Our submitters have made every effort to accurately transcribe the records but some names and dates are hard if not impossible to read. Always verify each bit of information through another record source to establish the accuracy.
If you have transcribed birth and/or death records from Clinton County please submit them to me so that they can be posted and benefit the researchers who can not make the trip to Clinton County. Please include only your own transcriptions and always respect copyrights. - Sherri Hall
