In the matter of Pension Claim No. __________ of Eli Brown Co. H, 13th Regiment Ky. Cavalry Volunteers personally came before me the undersigned authority, Dr. Richard H. Perryman, whom I certify to be reputable and entitled to credit after being sworn according to law state that he was acquainted with said soldier. And while at Camp Nelson, Ky. in December 1864 contracted a severe cold which (?) in lung disease, said disease (?) with him til discharged 10th day of jan. 1865. Affiant treated him for said trouble. Claimant during said time was entirely unable to do Military duity all the while in (?) of said lung trouble. Post Office Address Neatsville, Ky. By Richard H. Perryman M.D. He has no interest in this matter. Late Hospital Stewood and A.A. Surgeon 13th Ky. Cavalry Volunteers.

 

Subscribed and sworn to before me by the above named affiant this March 26th 1885. And I have no interest in this matter.
