In and for aforesaid County and State, Rachel Brown _________, aged 55 ____ years and _________________ , aged _______ years, whose respective Post-Office addreses are as follows: Rowena________ County of Russell______, State of Kentucky__________, and _______________ County of __________________ State of _________________, and who, being duly sworn, declare in relation to aforesaid

1. case as follows: That she was present and witnessed the mar-

2. rage of Eli Brown and Sarah Agee, and that said

3. marriage ceremony was performed by Esquire Aaron

4. Beck in June 9, 1851 and that she was present

5. and acted as midwife at the birth of Susana Brown

6. daughter of Eli and Sarah Brown, and that said

7. daughter was born June 2nd 1854.

She___ further declares that she has___ no interest in said case, and is__ not concerned in its prosecution.
