Notes: He was an inmate at the Confederate
Soldiers Home in Pewee Valley, KY in 1912 and
was transferred to Eastern State. Records
indicate his residence prior to admission to the
Home was Clark and Powell counties. He served in
the 4th Kentucky Infantry and was
wounded at the Battle of Shiloh and again at the
Battle Stones River. This information is taken
from unprocessed microfilm records of the
Kentucky Confederate Soldiers Home located in
the Kentucky Dept. for Libraries and Archives.
