I am the great-niece of Stella Mae Miskell Blackaby.  She died at Eastern State Hospital in 1929. I would like to donate it to your project.  Stella went by the nickname of Kitty.  Until I found this record, our family never knew what had happened to her.  Thanks for letting me donate the record.
