JOHN SKAGGS was in jail in Crawford Co. Ark. For the murder of Ellison Logan. He had been in jail there for several weeks. The
descendents of ANDREW SKAGGS said, supposedly JOHN SKAGGS was aquitted and went out to get on his horse and someone
shot and killed him
