Henry County Local--October 27, 1983

Robert F. Abbott, 75 of LaGrange, died Tuesday, October 18 at the Capitol Hall Nursing Home in Frankfort.

Mr. Abbott had been a resident of the Homestead Nursing Center in New Castle.

He was a native of Henry County; a retired farmer; and a member of the Westport Baptist Church.

He is survived by one stepson, Russell Kelley, Louisville; one sister, Mrs. Sally A. Louden, Eminence; two brothers, John Abbott, Cincinnati, Ohio and Shelton Abbott, New Castle.

Funeral services were held 3 p.m. Friday, October 21st at the Radcliffe Funeral Home, LaGrange. Reverend Rick Lucas, pastor of the Westport Baptist Church, officiated.

Interment was in the Valley of Rest, LaGrange.
