Henry County Local--June 23, 2004 Thomas E. Aldridge, age 58, of Shelbyville, formerly of Louisville, died Sunday, June 20, 2004 at University Hospital, Louisville, after a long illness. He was a native of Henry County, an Air Force Vietnam veteran, the son of the late Charles E. and Edith Craig Aldridge, a retired heavy equipment construction operator and a member of Eminence United Methodist Church. He is survived by one sister; Betsy C. Pettit, Eminence; one niece and one nephew, one ggreat-niece and one great-nephew. He was preceded in death by one sister. The body was cremated. A memorial service will be held today (Wednesday, June 23) at 1 p.m. at Prewitt Eminence Funeral Home. Rev. Gary Polston, pastor of Eminence United Methodist Church, will officiate. Interment will be in the Franklinton Cemetery. |
