

In the Name of God, Amen I, John L. Trice of Nebo in the County


of Hopkins, State of Kentucky, being of sound mind and memory and


considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do


theefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last


WILL AND TESTAMENT.





FIRST, I order and direct that my Executors hereinafter named,


pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease


as conveniently may be.





SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give,


devise and bequeath the remainder of my estate both personal and real


to my beloved wife, Zora Trice for the remainder of her natural life,


and at her death after all just debts have been paid I desire that my


three children, Velma, Tinie and J.D. share the remainder equally


between them.





I further request that my wife, Zora Trice be made Executor of this


my last Will, without bond, and that she advise with our children as


to management of the Estate. At her death I wish that the three children


act as Administrators (or Executors) and that they shall not be required


to give bond.





IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,


the 1st day of June, in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred


forty.

declared by the said testator John L Trice to be his last Will and


Testament in the presence of us who at his request have subscribed our


names thereto as witnesses in his presence and in the presence of each other.

I, Mildred E Ray, Clerk in and for the State and County aforesaid, do


hereby certify that the foregoing Last Will and Testament of John L Trice


deceased, was produced in Open Court, probated and ordered recorded,


whereupon the same together with this certificate have been duly recorded in


my said office.
