LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MATTIE MAY TRICE

I, Mattie May Trice, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills heretofore made by me.

ITEM 1. I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.

ITEM II. I give and bequeath unto Lena Watts the sum of $20.00.

ITEM III. All the remainder of my estate, both personal real, I give, bequeath and devise unto James L Trice and Mabel Ford, to be divided equally between them.

ITEM IV. I hereby nominate and appoint James L Trice as Executor of my estate, and request he be permitted to serve as such without the execution of bond.

I, Walton E Calvert, Clerk in and for the State and County aforesaid, do hereby certify that the foregoing Last Will and Testament of Mattie May Trice deceased, was produced in Open Court, probated and ordered recorded, whereupon the same together with this certificate have been duly recorded in my said office.

Mattie May Trice was dau of Dabney Nelson Trice and wife Rebecca Larson Strum Trice.
James Lloyd Trice is Mattie's brother. Lena Watts was her cousin, dau of her father's sister, Sallie Trice, who m Yancey Pate.
Mable Ford was dau of James Lloyd Trice
