I can only identify for certain the child in the second row from the bottom, 3rd from the left. He is Reed Frazer.

From Gina (Thorpe) Simcox, daughter of Lynn Sisk, and granddaughter of Reed Frazer: "Reed Frazer's twin sister, Dorothy (Frazer) Lowery is 2nd from left. He had another daughter, Georgetta Frazer, who was killed in an automobile accident along with Darla Hicks, daughter of schoolteacher, Arnold Hicks, in 1969. Dorothy is mother of Alice Parker. Alice Parker was also a schoolteacher at West Hopkins."
