"These 6 pictures were in an old photo album of my
Grandmother Nellie Jane (Clements) Duflot. She was born in New Albany,
Indiana in 1882, but lived most of her early years in Louisville, KY. My
Grandmother became deaf at age 4 after having meningitis. She attended the
KY School for the Deaf in Danville, KY and graduated in 1903. I mention the
deaf school in case some of these young ladies were her friends at the
school. The photo of the older couple show the little man in the cap with a
very "distinctive face". He could be Irish. The two girls appear to be
sisters. There were no names or other marks on the photos to identify
them. If anyone has any clues, I would love to hear from you."
