Jan - To meet later in month to chose a pastor. Agreed to set John
        RAY forward in the full functions of the Gospel at Feb meeting.
        Helps requested of Smiths Grove Church, Cedar Springs.
        Letters of dismission granted Lettice WOMICK and Jemima
        HUNT. Voted to call Jesse MOORE to take pastoral care of
        the church.
Feb - R D GARDNER from Cedar Spring and R D GARDNER of
        Smiths Grove helped in ordination. John RAY sent forth.
        Sealey, a woman of color recvd by experience and also
        Anderson B BLARE. Met that evening at D. CUTLIPP's and
        recve by letter Martin HASLIP.
Mar - Henry B BLARE and wife Mary and Rachel PEARCE given
         letters of dismission. Down to one deacon by death of
         D CUTLIP. Recvd William CATON by recantation, and
         Johnathan HASLIP by exp.
Apr -  Richard RAY released as Treasurer, John S EMBERSON
         appt in his stead. The latter to go to Friendship Church or
         contact clerk there to get the names of those who have
         joined there who were formerly members of this church.
         Recvd Samual, a man of color.
May - Recvd Mary NUTON?. (Note: this clerk had great difficulty
         in spelling). Eligah JONES chosen as deacon, ordination
         to follow. Thomas S SKAGGS, J M SHADOIN, F
         HARRIETT to seek helps. Request to church for aids
         in constituting a church at Bear Creek at the house of J B
         SHOULERS in May; J MOON, John RAY to go. Letters of
         dismission granted Martha SHOULERS, Nancy DEWVALL
         (DUVALL) & Mary NUTON. Recvd by exp Jener, a servant
         of Henry EMMERSON who had been baptised by Moses
         ALLEN at the Brownsville Church.
Jun - Recvd Jesse, a man of color; Hiram NUTON (recantation).
        Agreed to release Thomas JONES from office of clerk; John
        S EMMERSON appt in his place. 
Jul - No business other than Association letter
Aug - No minutes
Sep - Big Ready Church requested helps.
Oct - Fanny, a woman of color belonging to Thomas RAY joined
        by letter. Rutho JONES excluded for joining the Missanarys
        (likely Missionary Baptist). Dorinda CUTLIP joined by exp.
        Wiley JONES and wife discussed because of non-attendance,
        Mel HASELIP to see them. John CAPS to see Sister
        WITHERS about report of her joining the Missionary.
Nov - Hyram NUTON granted letter of dismission. Exluded James
        WITHROW for joining the Missionaries. 
Dec - Wily JONES excluded for joining Friendship Church.
