Feb - Elijah JONES & William GARDNER to See Warren MOORE too have him at next meeting to see if he wishes to be excluded. Subscriptions to be taken to make repairs on the church. Those contributing were John ROWNTREE, James H COLE, and Warren MOORE (50 cents each); Andrew RAY, David CUTLIP, Jesse JONES, Asle DAVIS, John VEAL, Rachall PACE, William GARDNER & Nathaniel HERINGTON (25 cents). Mar - Jacob LOCKE moderator. Warren MOORE attended and gave satisfaction to church and restored to full fellowship. Apr - Elijah DAVIDSON moderator. Elijah JONES & William GARDNER to request Joseph CAMP to come to next meeting to explain his long absence. John LINDSEY to also appear for same reason; Brother HIGASON to be there for same purpuse invited by David CUTLIP. May - Jacob LOCKE moderating. CAMP did not appear, continued. Bro DAVIS had failed to notify John LINDSEY, continued. Higason RAY (see difference in name from above) didn't attend either. Mt Vernon Baptist Church in Boon Co MO sent request re the standing of Sussnah PENORY who lately had joined their church saying she was a member at Beaver Dam but had failed to receive her letter due to the disarray at Beaver Dam. John ROWNTREE to handle. Jun - Elijah DAVIDSON moderator. LINDSEY had promised to appear at the July meeting. CAMP & RAY have failed to appear - given until July. Elijah DAVIDSON'S time at the church has expired, asked him to continue - he to think about it. George and Frances SIMMONS produced their letter of dismission from this church and "sued" to be returned to the rolls, accepted. John ROWNTREE read the letter to the MO church, approved to be sent. Jul - Jacob LOCKE moderator. John LINDSEY requested letter of dismission for he and wife as their residence is inconvenient to the church, granted. Joseph CAMP gave satisfaction for his long absence, requested letters of dismission for he and his wife; more convenient for them to attend Sinking Creek - agreed & granted. Higoson RAY didn't appear and sent a request to be excluded, but some members wanted case continued hoping he'll discover the error of his ways. Aug - Higoson RAY excluded. James STRODE complained about Richard RAY - re selling Ray a calf and cow, payment problems. Church found STRODE erred in charing RAY, almost a page of discussion. STRODE refused to agree & excluded. Sep - Jacob LOCKE moderator. Eliza REDDICK asked for letter of dismission; more convenient for her to attend Grove Church. Rachell LONG admitted to membership from SInking Creek. Sally ROWNTREE sued for fellowship, gave her testimony, received. Oct - James MITCHELL moderator. J STRODE received by experience Nov - no minutes Dec - Elijah DAVIDSON moderator.
