1833:

Jan - John JONES moderator, no business.

Feb - Same moderator. Received Robert HASELIP by letter. Church
        rescinds the order against communing with the minority part
        of the Green River Association. James STRODE's case 
         continued. Same for Washington FORT - then the latter excluded
         for going to hear "reformer" preachers prach. Elijah JONES, wife 
         and daughter granted letters of dismission. Holly Spring Church 
         sent request for help - church to send Ritchard RAY, David 
         CUTLIP, Squire RAY, Garland RAY and A B GARDNER. 
         Ritchard RAY also to see Wm JONES to answer a charge 
         against him. Henrietta RAY and Lusey FORT to see Lusey 
         STRODE re a charge against her.

Mar - Same moderator. James STROUD's case taken up, restored.
         Washington FORT's case - church divided on their decision but
         not excluded. Wm JONES' case - excluded. Lusey STROUD's
         case - continued. Jacob MERSER & wife granted letters of
         dismission. Jessey JONES to be sent for to know why he
         wishes to be excluded - Wm GUNTER & Robert GARDNER
         to go see him.

Apr - Lusey STROUD case - a Committee of male members is
       appt along with Henretta RAY and Lusey FORD - she retained
       as member. Jessy JONES - continued. Washington FORT to
       be put under censure and all others who go hear the reformers
       preach - Polley NEWTON, Sinthy RAY, Leander STROUD,
       Peggy CATON, Salley ROWNTREE, Polley STROUD, Elizabeth
       FORT & Jessy L FORT. Jessey MOON was moderator.

May - Jessey JONES' case - continued. Case against all those listed
         in April's meeting - Jessey L FORT retained. Polley NEWTON
         retained. Rest restored to membership.

Jun - Jessey JONES - case continued. Discussion on association.
        7 points agreed on including it was wrong in 1831 to receive
        Mount Zion Church. Those signing the points on their stand
        included M G WAGGONER, Wm M BROWN, Johnson 
        GRAHAM, Obadiah CHANY, Ralph PETTY, John WHITE,
        Payton COOKE, Edm. HALL, Richd GARNETT, William
        SAVAGE, Jas G HANDY, Landon BAGLEY, Jacob LOCK
       & Robt FORGISON.

Jul - Washington FORT & Polley NEWTON to be cited to come to
       next meeting; Squire RAY, Warren MOORE & Asa B GARDNER
       to see them.JONES case continued again. Washington FORT
       & Polley NEWTON - cases submitted to a committee of
       visiting members from different churches, to wit: Augustin
       CLAYTON from Dates Creek Church (Daugherty Creek),
       Ritchy GARDNER & Daniel SPURLOCK from Cedar Spring
       Church, Thomas RAY, Maten LINSEY, Jessey JONES Jr,
       James DREWRY and Daniel RHODES from Holley Spring,
       Thomas GARDNER from Grove Church. Their decision is to
       exclude both. Daniel KIETH granted letter of dismission and
       Nansey CAMP same.

Aug - John JONES back as moderator. Jessey JONES' case 
         continued.

Sep - Jacob MERSER & wife joined the church. JONES case cont.
         Elizabeth HERRINGTON granted letter of dismission. Case
        to be taken up against Luisa WITHROW who joined the
        Methodist Church - A B GARDNER & Warren MOORE to see
        her. Discussion of building a new meeting house.

Oct - Jessey MOON moderator. JONES case cont again. Discussion
        of building church building.

Nov - Jessey MOON moderator - JONES case - yes - continued.

Dec - John JONES moderator. And, JONES case continued. 
         Malinda STRINGFIELD has joined the Methodists - she to be
         contacted.
