the said Lucy H Moorman by the commissioners in division of the estate of the 
Robert Rawlings and his wife Elizabeth Rawlings, now deceased and bounded as 
follows. 
        Beginning at the S.E. corner of Mrs. Durbins lot thence N 25 Poles to 
the Big Spring and Elizabethtown Road thence N80 E 13  Poles to T. L. Barnetts 
corner thence S 8 E 14 Poles thence S 10 W 11 Poles thence S. 80. W. 12 Poles 
and 17 feet to the Beginning containing 
        And the said trustees and their successors is to have and hold the same 
together with all the appurtenances then to belonging and said property is to 
be used as a Parsonage for the Big Spring Circuit and the parties of the first 
part wave all right and title to said property and releases all claims of 
exemption under the Exemptions and Homestead Laws of Kentucky all right of 
dower unchoate otherwise in and to the
