Jan - No business
Feb - Case of R K DICK laid over, he believing he can heal by
        the laying on of hands. He said the report is true, charge
        raised against him and helps called for from the Church at
        Mt Pleasant, Wolf River, Pleasant Hill and 76.
Mar - Case taken up. Committee: Denis HOPKINS, William
        BERTRAM, John ASHENHURST, Jacob DUBEESE,
        James COAL, Lewis SMITH, John ANDRISE, Handa
        HOPKINS, R T BRYSON, Noah BROWN. Decision -
        excluded. Dismissed C S CHRISMAN & wife by letter.
        Sister Thomas CROUCH died March 1855. James H
        WOOD and wife Martha recvd by letter.
Apr - Church demands Rufus DICK's credentials, he refused.
        Jesse MYERS given letter of dismission. Rosey
        SILVERE died. R R WOODSON released as Clerk
        and J C DENTON appt.
May - Jesse MEYERS admits he was tempted by ardent
         spirits, church forgives him. Charge against Isaac
         WRIGHT for drinking too much, he doesn't remember
         it, laid over. Wolf River asks for ministerial helps -
         J C DENTON sent for constituting a new church near
         Esquire HARBOWNS.
Jun - Isaac WRIGHT denies he was drunk - excluded. Eliza-
        beth WRIGHT requested letter of dismission and produced
        a copy of J C DENTON's deposition of 18 Feb 1854 re a
        law suit between ELijah NOLAND and William MAINORD
        in Overton Co TN. To be read next meeting.
Jul - Deposition read, no charge against DENTON. She still
       wants her letter, continued.
Aug - Sister WRIGHT withdrew from the church; she charged
         with contempt and was excluded. J C DENTON, J H
         WOOD, R F BRINSON delegates to Assn. Sister
          Abritha STORY granted letter of dismission along with
         Elizabeth CROCKETT, Sarah BROMLETT & Polley
         SMITH.
Sep - Met at Beech Bottom School House and recvd as
        members: Agga SMITH, Alford RAEBOURN, Allen
        STOCKTON, Daid? JONES, Caine JONES, Jane MOLES,
        Parneita PRAVA, Lydia ROGERS, James E McFARLAND,
        Candas McFARLAND - all by exp. Sister DICK 
        complained about how her husband was forced out of the
        church, to be taken up some other time.Rcvd Clever
        WALTON by exp at the Beech Bottom Church. Later in
        month rcvd Jesse WOOD by exp at R F BRYSON's house.
Oct - Protracted meeting. Recvd by exp. Lydda HARPER,
        Susan HARPER, Anna NOLAND, William WOOD, Emeline
        WOOD, Ella SHOUTMAN, William DEWEEST, Martha
        MEANS, Mahala Ann DEWEESE, Margaret MORRAS,
        Milla CARR, Emeline CARR and Deland CARR. Wm
        RIDDLE and wife applied for letters of dismission.
Nov - New deacon to be chosen
Dec - No business, few members there.
