1808:
Jan - James WOOD confessed by letter that he had drunk too much
        Henry CROSS and Thomas WOOD to see him. Unfellowship
        declared with Stephen ROBERSON for same and for swearing.
        He had been given a letter of dismission, then was excluded
        then restored, now excluded. Christian MYERS admitted to
        drinking too much - held in suspense until next meeting.
        Joseph PATTON came forward and gave "full satisfaction."

Feb - James CROUCH appt as a deacon. James WOOD restored
        to former priviliges. Received Anne MELTON, Samuel 
        HOPKINS by letter; Cloe CAMPBELL restored by re-
        cantation.

Mar - Vardiman LEE to visit Joel BROCK & urge to come to next
         meeting. Joseph PATTON charged with unfriendly & 
         harsh treatment to the church - charges not proven. Isaac
         DENTON, Wm GOODSON, Harden WILLIAMS, Thomas
         SCOTT, James CROUCH & Thomas WOOD appt to labor
         with Wm SMITH & John PARMLEY because of a difficulty
         between them. 

May - Christian MYERS excluded for incouraging rioting.

Jun - Joseph PATTON's case laid over.

Jul - Isaac DENTON, Wm GOODSON & Wm WOOD appt as
      messengers to association. Joseph PATTON excluded.

Aug - Church decided to build a meeting house and appt L
         FERRILL, Joseph CRAWFORD, James WILLIAMS, James
         SMITH and Jessie ROBERTS to superintend same. 

Sep - Vardiman LEE and wife granted letter of dismission Nathan
         BOND received and then granted letter of dismission.
         James CROUCH appt commissioner to handle building of
         the meeting house.

Oct - Thomas ROBERTSON's wife (not named) granted letter of
         dismissal. Same for Joseph LEE and wife. Same for Isaac
         ROBERTS & wife.

Nov -  Bro REED and wife and Bro POUN? and wife granted letters
         of dismissal as they couldn't agree with the doctrines of the
         church.

Dec - Received by letter Elizabeth CRAWFORD.
