Jan - James REGISTER preached. Letters of dismission granted to:
        Catharine VEACH, Rebeca VEACH, J C SMITH, John A SMITH,
        Abner AKERS, Hariet AKERS, Drucillia J C AKERS, J C 
        AKERS, Ann R AKERS, Marthy E AKERS. J H NEAL hired
        as sexton for the coming year at a pay of $15. James C
        SMITH allowed to exercise his gifts.

Feb - John PATTERSON preached.

Mar - Jerry JORDAN preached. James C SMITH and John A SMITH
         returned their letters and rejoined. Church to send reps to
         Union Church in Barren Co for ordination of deacons.

Dec - H S EVANS preached, E RIGGS named moderator. Matilda McPEAK asked to be dropped from church rolls. John PATTERSON named to continue as pastor - James A GOODALL and H S EVANS to inform him. H S EVINS and J T DOWNING took up special offering for the needs of the church and for missionary purposes. Wm JORDAN appt treasurer. R LANDRUM and Jacob JORDAN to employ a sexton for 1870.
