Jan - continued discussion of Missionary Baptist and those standing
        for the church constitution as it stands included: James S
        FOREST, David R SMITH, L G ERWIN, James
        ROBERTSON, Joel ERWIN, Phebe ERWIN, Wm ERWIN.

Feb - Following members came forward & had their names added
         to the above: Wm FAULKNER, Akin FAULKNER,
         Kesiah ROBERTSON, Clabourn FOREST, G W FOREST,
         Nancy FOREST, J W SLINKER, Eliza (servant).

Mar - More signed their names: Joel CASIDE, John FAULKNER,
          Moses SMITH, Isac (servant). Next meeting at Mrs.
          HARLIOS? since they are not being allowed to meet at
          the church building.

Oct -
          "We the Committy being appointed by the Church at our
          lost Monthly Meeting to transcribe the names of all the
          members now in Fellowship with us, have in pursuance to
          sd Appointment given the following names as we find
          them on this book. Dated 2nd Saturday in October 1840:
