Samuel ROUNTREE made motion and a town is established on his lands one mile below the mouth of Little Barren on Green River which contains 50 acres. Land to be vested in the following trustees: Joseph BEATS, Sr and Jr, John BIRKS, Joseph PULLIAM, William RICHARDSON, John GARNETT and Henry ROUNTREE. He went bond with Will MITCHELL. The name of the town will be known as Fredericks Borg (Fredericksburg). Gladin GORIN and Robert WALLACE joined the justices. Hands appointed to work under leadership of Lucas SMITH and DOVINS?: Road begins at John WILLIAMS on Drakes Creek; to the old whipperwill trace including old Mr. KERBY; along the trace to Edward HAROL's on Drake Creek, to William HAROL's and back to WILLIAMS.
