Ordered that the sheriff of Hardin County do collect of each titheable in this County the sum of twenty five cents and pay the several county creditors and claims this court levied. ------------- The commissioners appointed to establish the beginning and special calls of an entry in the name of Sarah MORGAN this day made their report which is ordered to be recorded. ----------------------- Ordered that Alexander LESHLY do keep the Alexander MURDOUGH the following (error) year for which he shall be allowed sixty Dollars ------------- The persons appointed to view the roads leading to Adin COOMBS mill made their report in these words. In pursuance of an order from the Hardin County Court to us directed we met on the road leading from Elizabeth Town to Adin COOMBES mill and being first sworn before a magistrate did proceed to measure & Review both roads & we are of opinion that the old road by Dixon BROWNs is the best and driest ground for a road and the new road by Robert HUXTONs is sixteen poles the nearest. Robt MARTIN Danl KENNEDY John KENNEDY, 26th Sept 1812 Whereupon It is considered that the new road be annulled and set aside and the old one established. --------------- Ordered that Dixon BROWN be and he is hereby appointed surveyor of the old road leading from Elizabeth Town to Adin COOMBS mill and that all the hands that worked on the new road do assist said BROWN in keeping the old road in repair. --------------- Ordered that the sheriff of Hardin County or any Justice having fine money in his hands do pay to the Judges and Clerk of the next November election their fees for attending said election. -------------- On motion of John DUNLAP Esq Samuel HAYCRAFT Moses HART and Lewis WELLS are appointed commissioners to establish the beginning and special calls of an entry made in the name of William McWILLIAMS for ninety eight thousand acres of land, said commissioners being first sworn before a magistrate of this County and a warrant may issue accordingly. -------------- Ordered that Joseph KIRKPATRICK Jun be appointed patroller on middle creek in place of Thos ROBERTS. --------------- Ordered that Gideon WITHERS Ezekiel FIELDS Olly WITHERS & Walter FROMAN be appointed Patrollers in the neighborhood of salt river and that Gideon WITHERS be appointed captain of the patrol. ---------------- Ordered that Elisha JOHNSTON John CAUTCHER John SHERROD Thomas H.
