Palmer, died at his home on Lytles Fork Wednesday of infirmities of old age. He was 90 years old. Mrs. Eliza Ellis wife of R. L. Ellis of the firm of Carter and Ellis, died at her residence in Finnell Addition Tuesday of consumption. Mr. Louis Nuckols aged 79 years died at his home near Paynes Depot on Tuesday of acute digestion. Died near Sardis, Mrs. Mary E. Grover, age 65, wife of Louden Grover. Born on 2nd to the wife of George Osborne of near Brierly Ridge, a son. Born at Richmond IN 29 March 1910 to wife of late Mordecai Wood a son - William Stewart. It will be remembered Mr. Wood who was a son of Mr. & Mrs. M. D. L. R. Ammerman, died at their home in the country on the Leesburg pike, Friday last of Bright’s disease. Buried at Battle Grove. Six of her grandsons were pall bearers: Ernest, Withers and Atlee Ammerman, Henry, Frank and Gano Courtney. She was the daughter of the late William English. Born 11 Sept 1835. Wife of Daniel R. Ammerman, married in 1854. Six of nine children survive: Gano Ammerman, cashier of he Farmers National Bank; Philip C. Ammerman, superintendent of Cynthiana Water Works; Frank of Georgetown; Dan and Wesley and Mrs. Maggie Schnetger, of this county. She is also survived by a brother, Frank English of Winfield, MO. Harry Corwin Sanford, son of Kenton Sanford, superintendent of Adams Express Co. of Cincinnati, Oh died Wednesday in Newport, quite suddenly of heart failure. He was 36 years old. Seven years ago he married Miss Florence Rankin, daughter of J. Milton Rankin. Widow and one four year old son survive. Burial in Spring Grove Cem. Mr. S. T. Pope of Louisville, died Tuesday in Eminence after a long illness. His wife, who is a sister of Rev. W. E. Ellis. Three children survive (not named). The Flemingsburg Gazette says Mrs. W. A. Oder, sister of Mrs. W. R. Smith, of Flemingsburg died in California Tuesday. This is probably Mrs. Alex Oder who formerly resided in Robinson. She was formerly Miss Thompson of Sharpsburg. Mrs. Musselman was formerly Miss Ida Remington. To Mr. & Mrs. Martin Turner, last week a daughter. To Mr. & Mrs. Homer Rose, a son. Mrs. Rose was formerly Miss Mary Ingles. Mrs. Susan Cobb, whose death was announced last week, was buried at Kentontown beside her husband, Ambrose Cobb, on Tuesday April 5th. Services were held in the Kentontown Christian Church.
