While we are glad to have Clifford and wife with us we had rather they had secured other property Mrs. Lizzie Whalen is a present help in every time of need whether it is church work, socials or suppers and we don’t know how we are to get along without her, and our Sunday School scholar, Gladys. Aunt Julia Wilson, another good woman, has gone to her reward, at the age of 87 years. For some forty or more years she lived at West Creek bridge, near Claysville, in Robertson County, and was known, loved and respected by the people of Claysville and the surrounding country. Dying at the home of her niece, Mrs. George Florence, near Republican, we expect to see notice of her sickness and death from that neighborhood.
