Survived by widow, nee Nichols, and one son, Samuel Medlen in East Toledo. His parents also survive in KY. Kennedy, of Sylvandell, yesterday afternoon when their daughter Sallie became the bride of Mr. Clarnce McCauley. The ceremony was conducted by Rev. McGarvey Lenox, of Lexington. Groom is the son of Mr. & Mrs. D. E. McCauley. Whitley - Williams Whitley - Browning Miss May Whitley, 21, and Mr. Estill R. Williams, 25, of Cynthiana. Married today by Rev. J. S. Blackburn. Les Browning, 21, of Poindexter and Miss Bertha Whitley, 17. Married today by Rev. J. S. Blackburn. Ammerman -Metcalf Miss Mabelle C. Ammerman and Mr. Roy Metcalf were married 19 Dec at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. & Mrs. J. Newt Ammerman of Bourbon Co. Tucker - Chinn Miss Addie Tucker, daughter of O. J. Tucker and Mr. Thompson Chinn son of the late Dallas Chinn were married Dec. 21st. Mr. Chinn is superintendent of the Cynthiana Steam Laundry. Buzzard - Williams Miss Pearl Buzzard, daughter of Marion Buzzard and Mr. Clarence Williams, son of A. J. Williams were married in Cynthiana yesterday. Anderson - Hart The Lexington Herald says: Mr. & Mrs. Richard T. Anderson announce the engagement of their sister, Miss Minnie Anderson to Mr. William Howk Hart. Burial in Battle Grove. Daughter of F. P. Rawlings. Survived by husband and a child a few weeks old (not named). Also survived by her mother, a sister and six brothers (not named). Pettit; Miss Sallie Webb and Howard Davis; Miss Blanch Dennis and J. N. Doggett. Mrs. Joseph Rau, age 60 died. Austrian laborer killed on railroad north of Falmouth. Leaves family in Cleveland, OH. Church parsonage on Walnut Street, Mr. Joseph F. Workman and Miss Rosa McDowell. Rev. N. H. Young officiating. Grant Co. Mr. Clay Barnes, son of the late Thomas Barnes, of near town, and Miss Henryetta Nuxall, daughter of John Nuxall, of West Williamstown precinct were married in Newport. Esther Martin, 10 year old daughter of Lewis Martin of near Cordova died of some unnamed loathsome disease that has killed off this family's children before they mature. Married: Mr. Asa Mastin and Miss Florence Workman, of Central Ridge were married Saturday in Mt. Olivet. Married: Mr. Kelly Jett, of Central Ridge and Miss Maggie Ducan, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. J. H. Duncan of this place were married Saturday in Mt. Olivet. Selma Wife and infant of Will Lake died.
