Jan. 22. -- The Rev. Boyce Taylor, who received much attention when he was placed in jail at his home in Western Kentucky during the war for utterances of an unpatriotic nature, has been holding a four days' joint debate in the eastern part of Pulaski county, with the Rev. J.L. Davis, formerly a pastor of a Christian church in Rockcastle county. The debate attracted large crowds from all parts of the county. ______________________________
