The boy's father, Mr. Criswell, died some years ago, and his mother, nee Oder, married Mr. John Flora. LOG CABIN Fri. 26 Feb 1909 Vol. 14 No. 9 Pg. 5 Col. 4 DEATHS WILLIAM HENRY CROSTHWAIT Died 21 Feb. 1909, age 65, in western part of county. Survived by wife, nee Stevens, two sons: A. S. and W. H. Crosthwait; three daughters: Mrs. Lee Fields, Mrs. R. T. Crosthwait and Mrs. John Kitchen. Also leaves two sisters: Mrs. Newt Price and Mrs. Bettie Courtney. Buried in Albert M. Stevens burial grounds on Wednesday. MATT LAIR Age 57, died in Paris on Monday. Born near Lair and moved to Bourbon Co. 15 years ago. Survived by wife and two daughters, Mrs. Frank Wright, and Miss Ethel Lair, Paris. Also two brothers, Frank Lair of Bourbon and Luther Lair of Missouri. FRAZIER BEAL PARISH Died in Latonia on Tuesday. Son of late Wm. Asbury Parish and was 39 years old. Married Miss Mamie Remington, daughter of B. F. Remington, of Paris, who survives without children.
