Cummins, who died 15 Dec. 1909. He being 87 years old. He had lived with his two daughters, Mrs. Ora Peddicord and Mrs. Sam Dennis. for five years who lived near SlvanDell, and died at the home of the latter. He leaves 11 children. There were present his daughter, Mrs. A. B. Howell, Cincinnat; Mrs. Mike Dietrich, Newport; Miss Eva Cummins, Cincinnati. Buried in Family Grave yard. Survived by husband, little child, parents, three brothers and two sisters. Buried at Bartersville on Tuesday.
