She was born in Nicholas County to the late Arrie & Louie Burns Roberts. She was a lifetime member of Carlisle United Methodist Church, where she was a Sunday School teacher and played piano. Survivors are: four grandsons - Todd R., John Nathan, Ron Joseph & Mark R. Allison; two granddaughters - Renee Massey and Cynthia Hammonds; a daughter-in-law - Diane R. Allison; a sister-in-law - Helen Roberts; and 11 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: her husbands - William E. Allison and Harry Galbraith; and three sons - Harold Nathan, Edgar & John Allison. Services were conducted Tuesday, November 18, at Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home by Rev. Ernie Carmicle.
