The Abilene Reporter News, Abilene, Taylor County, TX January 20, 1899 
Mr. And Mrs. Schugh, who came here two or three months ago in the hope of 
finding relief for the latter who has consumption, left on the train for their 
home in Ashland, Kentucky. Mrs. Schugh having grown steadily worse. She only 
hopes to reach home and die surrounded by her friends and relatives.
