Off To The West November 1922 Montgomery County KyArchives News Mount Sterling November 1922 Mr. Roy Byrd and family will leave Thurdsay for Arizona, where they go for the benefit of Mrs. Bryd's health, and it is hoped by many friends that the stay in the West will bring to this excellent young woman complete recovery. Mrs. Byrd suffered pneumonia last winter and the disease impaired her health. She goes to the western climate at the advice of her physicians. There are no better citizens in Montgomery county, and the people, not only of the Stoops section, where they have lived, but of every section of this county, hope and pray that the sunshine and brightness of the Arizona fields will bring to Mr. Byrd, wife and children, health, happiness and prosperity.
