Another Gun "Toter" Enrolls
One Prepared Person and Two Hobos Arrested by officer H.E. Ball Yesterday
   Judge J.E. Evans occupied the police court bench this morning in Judge
Wood's absence.  He received and enrolled one new member in the gun "toters"
class -- Elmer Phiebeck, $104.25 and 10 days in jail.
   Walter Fugate and Grans Hopkins, colored, were found guilty of hoboing
and left town with $9.25 fines over their names.
   All three arrests were made by Officer H.E. Ball.
