Richmond Climax April 1, 1903
Family Reunion

A family reunion was held at the home of Mr. John D. Hamilton, of Union City, Monday, the 
occasion being Mr. Hamilton's sixty-sixth birthday.  Twelve of his children and fourteen 
grand-children were present and all spent a most delightful day.  All of Mr. Hamilton's 
friends wish him many returns of the pleasant occasion.

John D. and Mattie Keen Hamilton had 13 children.  One died an infant.  The other twelve were:  
Lou, Charles B., James W., Thompson Keene, Mary D., Webber Davis, Josiah/Joseph/Joe, Mattie Dare, 
John M., Shelby M., Rosie, and Annie.
