to solemnize the rites of Matrimony betwean William S. Adams and Polina 
Adams      Boath of this county the said William S. Adams having complied with 
the riquierments of the Law  Given under my hand this 26th day of September 
1860

   I do hereby certify that the rites of Matrimony were legally performed by 
me  between William S. Adams and Polina Adams on the 26th day of September 
1860 and at the house of Jilson P. Prater and in the presence of Jilson P. 
Prater and JW Hilton.
