Trent-Dowell Funeral Home Obituary Listings Denver Owen Adcox, age 75 of Falls of Rough,KY died Saturday, 3-22-2008 at Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown,KY. He was born in Breckinridge County,KY on 6-7-1932, the son of the late Homer and Anna Rhea Jolly Adcox. He was a member of Bardstown Baptist Church who walked a Christian life and set that example for all he knew and met. He loved animals and enjoyed playing croquet and pool. Denver was a godfather to all his nieces and nephews and was loved deeply by his brothers and sisters.
 
He was preceded in death by a sister Edna Vaughn Adcox and 2 brothers William Russell and James Homer Adcox,Jr.
 
He is survived by 4 brothers: Neil Adcox of Williston,SC Wesley (Jay) Adcox of Leitchfield,KY Kenneth Adcox of Falls of Rough,KY Donald Adcox of Harned,KY
2 sisters: Betty Bullard of Mechanicsburg,OH and Agnes Nalley of Galesburg,IL several nieces and nephews
 
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, 3-26-2008 at 11AM CDT from the chapel of the Trent-Dowell Funeral Home with Rev. Harry Dooley officiating. 
Burial will be in the Horsley Chapel Cemetery. Visitation on Tuesday from 3:30 -  8:00PM CDT and after 8:30AM CDT Wednesday.
