BREEDEN  to  ALLEN  ---  DEED
    Know all men by these presents that I Richard Breden of the County of
Putnam State of Indiana hath granted bargained and sold unto John Allen of
the County of Shelby and State of Kentucky all my interest in a certain
tract of land lying on the waters of Plumb Creek which fell to me by the
death of Blan Ballard Breeden  I being one of the lawful heirs of the af'd
Blan Ballard Breeden and the af'd Allen binds himself to pay the af'd 
Breeden fifty dollars the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and the
af'd Breeden binds himself his heirs and all claimed whatsoever as witness
my hand this the twenty sixth day of December 1826
