This is believed to be Lucy Vantine Hall Allgood, daughter of Dr. William 
Cidney Hall (Custer community doctor in the 1850-1870's) and Francis Gannaway 
Hall (first wife of William).  Lucy died of tuberculosis in 1894 (one of her 
sons and one of her daughters died during a six week time period that she died 
in), so this possibly is the only know photo of her.  It was in with other 
family photos and tin types.  The picture is believe to have been taken ca. 
1890-1894.
