WILL: Allison, 1842/45, Montgomery Co Montgomery County KY - Will Book E In the name of the Lord Amen. I James Allison of Montgomery County & State of Kentucky being of sound mind and in perfect health do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form as follows, my just debts being first paid I then will to my wife Setiza Allison the whole of my estate both real and personal during her life time if she should survive longer than me, then at her decease I will the whole of my property both real and personal to be sold to the best advantage and the money arising from the sale disposed of as followeth, I first will to my daughter Eliza Leach Fifty dollars extra I then will the remainder of the money to be equally divided into eight Shares and disposed of as hereafter directed I first to the children of my daughter Jane Frakes one share to be equally divided ------ , I next will to my daughter Sarah Butts one share, I then will to my daughter Mary Howard one share, I then will to my son James Allison one share I then will to my son William Allison one share I then will to my daughter Eliza Leach one share I then will to my son Milton Allison one share I then will to my daughter Emanda Ferguson one share, if I should live longer than my wife Setiza Allison at my death I will the whole of my property both real and personal to be sold to the best advantage and the money arising from the sale to be disposed of as before mentioned. I do hereby appoint my son James Allison and my son Milton Allison my Executors in this my last Will. Executed this third day of March One thousand eight hundred and forty two.
