"MRS. ELIZABETH BAILEY DIED FRIDAY AT HOME. Funeral services were conducted
Saturday at the Crow Funeal Home for Mrs. Elizabeth Reed Bailey, 74, who
succumed at her home in Glasgow, route 4, after a prolonged illness. Revs.
Piercy, Capehart and Brown officiated and interment was in the Glasgow cemetery.

"Mrs. Bailey was born in this county a daughter of the late William and Susan
Murray Buckley. She was a member of the Boyd's Creek Methodist Church.

"She is survived by her husband, C. Bruce Bailey; four daughters, Mrs. Jack
Stewart, Mrs. Mollie Wilson, both of Glasgow; and Mrs. Virgil Carver, Horse
Cave; two sons, Russel and Paul Bailey, both of Glasgow, route 4, and one
brother, Joe J. Bailey, Temple Hill."
