Wasson of Laclaad of the first part 

And H. T. Baird of the second part

For $75

A certain tract of land in Whitley Co., State of Kentucky

	On the waters of Marsh Creek on the ridge between Hays Creek  + Orsband Creek and 
bounded as follows to wit:

	Beginning on a conditional line with James Stephens and Almeda J. 
Dickinson …. B.F. Stephens and said Dickinson.
